Play was your first language—your purest form of expression. Before you could talk, you knew how to play. Then, at a young age, you began embodying beliefs, fears, and frameworks shaped by people you trusted and loved. Over time, play got crowded out by expectations, pressures, ways of thinking and being.
Active Practice is about getting play back. Not as entertainment. As methodology.
Through creative expression we can begin to acknowledge what no longer serves us, exercise curiosity, and open our minds to what's true — about ourselves, our work, and each other.

Unscripted Leadership Labs
Leadership isn't a title. It's a practice. And it looks different on everyone.
Unscripted Leadership Labs are opportunities for professionals to participate in next-level leadership learning in the heart of local communities. Participants bring topics of interest, establish personal + professional development goals and drive toward them via writing, music, movement, improv, scene development, ensemble building and storytelling.
Active Practice in Community. An experience that not only earns you CE credit, but works with and for you.

Performance in Practice is a series of workshops built around the skills that inform how you perform in your role, your relationships, and your organization. A departure from traditional PowerPoint or lecture trainings, my methodology centers active practice that connects people with one another while navigating individual and group objectives and obstacles.
